Law is a rule or set of regulations adapting what may or may not be done by the peoples of a society or community. Law is less a set of static convention than a "dynamic course by which rules are persistently altered, created, and molded to fit exact situations. "Public law" linked intimately to the state, and together with constitutional, administrative and criminal law, and "private law" covers agreement, tort and possessions.
The common icon of the judiciary is Lady Justice. Justice is depicted as an idol named THEMIS, equipped with three signs of the regulation of law: a sword symbolizing the court's supremacy; scales representing the considering of challenging claims; and a blindfold signify fairness.
Automatically on basis of development of civilization, a set of laws are established and progressed. Probably Ancient Egyptian law, on 3000 BC, formed a common regulation that has been broken into twelve books, the oldest existing set of law still relevant to current legal structures. On 1280 BC, it takes the form of ethical essential as suggestions for a superior civilization. Basic Roman law follows a lot of ideas from Greek philosophy, but its further developement was made by specialized jurists, converted the ancient into highly sophisticated set of rules.
